You made it to Camp Kula! Unpack your bag, silence the notifications, let yourself arrive, settle in, and RECEIVE! Laura Erickson has been tending the roots of Kula Yoga Fest since the beginning, and this year she is stepping onto the mat alongside you to open the weekend the way it was always meant to begin: together, breathing, moving, and remembering the loving essence that we are. We begin in a circle. Rooted, connected, held. From there we rise together through creative vinyasa, mudra, kriya, and breathwork set to grounding and enlivening music, with moments of playful connection, arms linked and hearts wide open, before returning to the earth to rest and receive it all. The door to transformation, expansion, and peace is wide open. Let's walk through it together starting NOW!
Laura and Andrea met on retreat just two and a half years ago and were instant Besties! Take a seat by the majestic Lake Ogontz and feel the power of being gently held and guided as we move through intention setting, guided breathwork, and a grounding presence & peace meditation.

We dance our joy. We find our healing in wordless movement, on the exhale, on the yell that escapes from our throat, in the moments in stillness on the floor, feeling the pound of others’ feet.So often, our healing, our empowerment, our JOY— we don’t find it through words. Words just can’t quite touch the thing that lives deep in our bones— but dance can. Music can. Breath can. This is not choreography — there are no steps to learn, and there is definitely no way to do it wrong. This dance is the free expression of everything swirling within you, and Ecstatic Dance is the dance floor to set it all free. We dance our joy, our freedom, our longing, our wildness. We dance our sadness, our frustration, our anger, our pain. In Ecstatic Dance, community is built. Rituals are discovered. Self-judgements are released. Creativity is birthed. The body moves and breathes and sweats and stomps and twirls and pulses. And it is all welcome. “Hard times require furious dancing” — Alice Walker
