Stand Up Paddleboard Yoga

Immerse yourself in a unique and rejuvenating experience with our paddleboard yoga class. At the heart of this class is a strong foundation for all levels, where participants are provided with board rentals, an opening paddle talk to set the intention for the session, and detailed instructions to ensure confidence on the board.Once on the water, you will anchor down to create a serene environment for a 60-minute playful and restorative yoga asana and meditation practice. After the session, you will leave feeling empowered, refreshed and connected to the waters, ready to take on the rest of the amazing festival!
