About me
Sharon is addicted to yoga and loves the outdoors and water. Yoga on a paddle board follows naturally. Her personal practice of choice on land is a vigorous Vinyasa with challenging poses. However she prefers to keep it low and slow when teaching yoga on the SUP using the paddle and board itself as props and leverage. Though she has never successfully held a handstand on a paddle board without taking a swim, she believes headstands and other inversions are actually easier to approach here, if you choose to, than indoors. She loves introducing people to these passions. She gained her 200 YTT Certificate with Sadhana Yoga School in 2016 in Keene, and at the Bethel Farm in Hillsborough. She completed her 300hr teacher training with Power Yoga University at Humble Warrior in Manchester, NH. She has completed a 30 hour Paddle Board Yoga Teacher Certificate with Sup Yo Adventures and is also a certified lifeguard.
