About me
Kaitlin
Muller-Cusack, M.Ed., is a nature-loving educator, experienced yoga
teacher, momma, saltwater enthusiast, and founder of Taking Root
Education. She holds a New Hampshire Experienced Educator License and is
trained in trauma-informed yoga, somatic
breathwork facilitation, Wilderness First Aid, and CPR. With a
background in Environmental Science and mindfulness-based practices,
Kaitlin blends yoga, breathwork, and nature-based learning to help
people reconnect with themselves, each other, and the natural world.
Through
Taking Root, Kaitlin offers programs for students of all ages, seasonal
mindfulness gatherings, yoga with littles, homeschool pods, community
hikes, workplace wellness workshops, and facilitator trainings for
wellness professionals. She believes outdoor learning nurtures
resilience, body awareness, and nervous system regulation while helping
people slow down and be present. Kaitlin is honored to return to Kula
Yoga fest for the fourth year to lead nature and mindfulness
immersions!
