Step outside. Look up. Breathe.
At Camp Kula, nature is not just the backdrop. It is the teacher. And in this 60 minute immersive experience with Kaitlin of Taking Root, you will learn how to truly receive what it has to offer.
Through guided mindfulness, sensory-based practices, intentional movement, and a grounding tea ritual, this session invites you to slow down, tune in, and reconnect with the natural world that surrounds you. The towering pines, the earth beneath your feet, the sound of wind moving through the trees. All of it becomes medicine when we know how to listen.
This is not just a nature walk or a meditation class. It is a practical, embodied experience designed to regulate your nervous system, deepen your awareness, and strengthen your connection to yourself, to this community, and to the land that holds us all this weekend.
You will leave with a take home toolkit of nature-based practices to carry with you long after Camp Kula ends, simple but powerful tools for finding your ground wherever life takes you.
Come ready to slow down, open your senses, and let the mountains meet you right where you are.
